Card payments cost 2.9% + 30¢, charged by our payment partner at cost. It is the same on every plan and we never add a margin. Bank transfers have no card fee.
On Solo, the first $10k you invoice each calendar year carries no Dotwork fee. After that it is 1%. The allowance resets every January 1. Studio and Team never charge a Dotwork fee.
Yes. If a paid plan is not right for you, ask within 30 days of any charge and we refund it in full.
